The Y-line allows attaching the guide line/ trial line to the side of the litter. This method will minimize the risk of damage on the aircraft.
The Y-line is equipped with sea water resistant connectors and hardware. Y-line from Helisafe can be custom built and also with flexible lines to avoid the snug risk when not hoisting the litter.
